Earlier this year, Aprojects, still headquartered in Antwerp, announced its 16th branch in Madrid and also the 17th in Istanbul. A strategic choice to facilitate its customers even better from geographically favorable positions.
To continue this strategic direction, the company is now also shifting its logistics borders towards India.
The company hereby confirms the acquisition of Indian logistics service provider Super Freight. “We notice that the Indian market is in full expansion and that our presence on the ground, forward-looking, can offer enormous added value” indicates the Aprojects management.
Super Freight, which has been active in the sector for more than 20 years, is an end to end logistics service provider offering specialized solutions for handling over-dimensional sized cargo. With its strong local reputation and branches in Mumbai, Nhavasheva, Delhi and Chennai, they are at the heart of the entire Indian supply chain.
Zinnia Mandrekar, CEO of Super Freight, looks promisingly ahead. “With the acquisition of our company, we can not only increase our joint global footprint, but also combine our competencies and know-how. Let it be just that that can drive our growth and lead to fantastic synergies.”
Aprojects is excited to welcome the 45 new employees to their team.
