Your challenge as Operations Manager

As a freight forwarder at Aprojects you are the driving force behind the most challenging logistic processes. With your experience and passion you make sure that project cargoes reach their destination safely, efficiently and on schedule.

What will you do?

  • Coordinate international project transports by road, water, air or multimodal.

  • Supervise complex logistics routes, including risk assessment and permits.

  • Actively liaise with customers, carriers and partners worldwide.

  • Drafting transport documentation and following up on customs formalities.

  • Anticipate operational challenges and come up with creative solutions.

  • Proactively inform and relieve customers through excellent service.

  • You will be taking care of the pricing and will be guided to do tenders.

What do you bring?

  • Al least 3-4 years of experience as an Operations manager, with project cargo and/or customized logistics is a plus.

  • An entrepreneurial and stress-resistant attitude – you know what is really important.

  • Communication skills German and English (other languages are a bonus).

  • Maturity and sense of responsibility to make decisions independently.

  • A flexible mindset and the drive to go the extra mile.

  • A passion for logistics and a solution-oriented attitude.
