What We Expect from You:
- Commercial training, preferably as a freight forwarding clerk or as a clerk for freight forwarding and logistics services
- Several years of practical experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- Confident phone presence, negotiation skills, with a high level of customer and service orientation
- Solid IT skills
- Cost- and profit-oriented thinking and actions
- Organizational talent, resilience, and flexibility
- Good command of German, both written and spoken; English/Russian is desirable
- Assertiveness and implementation strength, as well as the ability to work independently
